What is your service area?

For residential projects, we cover the Greater Montreal area and its surroundings. For investment mandates, we operate across Quebec. Have a project outside our usual area? Contact us we evaluate each situation.

What is the difference between the MB team and a traditional broker?

We are brokers, but we are also investors. We own and manage multi-unit properties. This means we analyze your files using the same criteria we apply to our own investments.

What types of properties do you specialize in?

Our expertise focuses on multi-unit properties, duplexes, triplexes, quadruplexes and more, as well as new construction. We support both first-time buyers and investors looking to grow their real estate portfolio.

How long does a transaction take on average?

It depends on the type of transaction and market conditions, but generally it takes between 30 and 90 days from the accepted offer to signing at the notary. We give you a realistic timeline from the start based on your situation.

Do you support sellers as well as buyers?

Yes. We work on both the seller and buyer side. Valuation, marketing, negotiation, and closing: we cover the entire process in both directions.
